Bec is a trained Fine Artist, specialising in painting and sculpture. Her paintings can be done small scale using oil paint, acrylic, guach/water colour or large scale using oil paint or acrylic. Sculptures tend to be small scale but Bec has been known to do large scale pieces.

Materials Bec uses for her scultpures include liquid latex, clay, wood, resin, plaster and anything else she can get my hands on really, as long as she can make something out of it. Sculptures tend to be abstract.

Bec doesn't do portraits, but instead prefers to focus on landscapes, expression and abstract works;
"When I paint, I like using blocks of colour, fading from light to dark, strong contrasts. I like my paintings to look organic in form but forsed by colour; juxtapositions of the natural and the man made; it makes for a more interesting viewing of the work."
